5/ Original labor contract(Chinese version) signed by both parties、 letter of appointment or copy of foreign enterprises permanent representative office in China work card;

6/ Physical examination record for alien or Certificate of verification(For physical examination record for foreigner);

7/ Copy of <Registration form of temporary residence for visitors>;

8/ The curriculum vitae of the foreigner , copies of the educational diploma and the vocational credentials of the foreigner required for the performance of the job (Chinese translation of the documents mentioned is required as attachment, the notarial certificate in Chinese or English of vocational qualification for the performance of the special job is also required);

9/ Employment License(It is not required for chief representatives and representative of the permanent offices in China.).

ment Permit

Personnel refered to chief representatives and representative of the permanent offices of foreign enterprises in China, exempted from the Employment License，with the registration certification and the letter or telex of visa notification， they should apply for Employment Visas(Z) at the Chinese embassies, consulates and visa offices with their letter or telex of visa notification. Then they may apply directly for the Employment Permit by presenting their Employment Visas and relevant papers as mentioned except for the Employment License after their entry into China.
